Affiliate Disclosure

Last updated: May 2026

FTC Compliance

Slim Studio participates in affiliate marketing programs. This means we earn a commission when readers click certain outbound links and complete a purchase on the partner site. This disclosure is required by the Federal Trade Commission (16 CFR Part 255) and is provided to maintain editorial transparency with our readers.

How Affiliate Links Work

When an article on Slim Studio mentions a specific product, supplement, lab, or service, the link to that product may include an affiliate tag. If you click the link and then purchase on the partner site, Slim Studio receives a small percentage of the sale at no additional cost to you. The price you pay is the same whether you use our link or visit the partner site directly.

Programs We Participate In

Slim Studio participates in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com. Where Amazon links appear in our articles, they are tagged with our Associates ID and earn us a commission on qualifying purchases.

We are in the process of adding affiliate relationships with additional partners whose products and services already appear by name in our content because they meet our editorial bar (third-party-tested supplements, evidence-graded references, validated lab services). Future affiliate relationships will be added to this page as they go live, and individual articles that contain affiliate links will continue to carry a disclosure notice at the top.

Editorial Independence

A product appearing in a Slim Studio article is never a function of which affiliate program pays the highest commission. Our editorial rule is straightforward: a product is mentioned only if it would have been mentioned without the affiliate relationship. When we recommend a specific brand, lab, or service, the recommendation is grounded in primary literature, third-party testing standards, clinician practice, or lived experience. The affiliate link is added afterward where one exists, not used to drive the recommendation.

We do not publish standalone affiliate listicles (the kind that exist only to host links), coupon-bait content, or "best of" roundups whose ranking is determined by commission rate. If a product cannot pass our quality bar, no affiliate relationship will get it into our content.

What This Means for You

Reader trust is the foundation of everything we publish, including our paid digital products. Affiliate revenue helps fund the research, writing, and editorial work behind Slim Studio articles. By using our affiliate links when you decide to purchase a product we recommend, you support our work at no cost to yourself. We genuinely appreciate it, and we will not abuse the trust by recommending products we would not use ourselves.

Questions

If you have a question about a specific recommendation, the affiliate relationship behind it, or our editorial process, contact us through the channels listed on our About page. We are happy to explain why any specific product appears in our content.
