You Are Not Imagining This
You have read the articles. You have tried the supplements everyone recommends. You still feel like you are running at half capacity, and nobody can tell you why.
Your bloodwork is already telling a story. Most people never get anyone willing to sit down and translate it into the story that explains how they feel, and what to do next.
The reference range on your lab report was never built to explain how you feel. It is a population average, not a verdict on you. Some people have bloodwork that looks perfect on paper and still feel awful. Some people have numbers a doctor would flag immediately and feel completely fine.
Every list of foods to eat and habits to build was written for a hypothetical average person. You are not a hypothetical average person. That is why generic advice has not worked yet, not because you did not try hard enough.
Why I Built This
In 2014, I was diagnosed with a pituitary tumor. It changed my hormone levels permanently, and I have been on testosterone replacement therapy for life since. Rebuilding my metabolic and hormonal health after that diagnosis took years of reading primary research and working with doctors willing to look past the reference range on a lab report.
I built Slim Studio because I could not find a resource that treated bloodwork as the start of a conversation instead of a final answer. The Inner Circle is the paid version of that resource: the protocols I use personally, updated as the research changes, plus a place to compare notes with people working through the same thing.
Why Your Labs Say Normal and You Still Feel Terrible
The ranges printed on a standard lab report are population statistics, not a measurement of how you are supposed to feel. Some people sit inside the reference range and feel completely fine. Some people sit inside that same range and feel exhausted, foggy, or off in ways they cannot name. A range built from a broad population was never going to resolve that difference on its own.
Age and life stage change what a given number means, too. What your labs need to tell you at forty-five is not the same as what they needed to tell you at twenty-five, and most generic advice never adjusts for that.
This is not a replacement for your doctor. It is the translation layer between what your labs say and what you do next. Bring what you learn here back to your physician, and use it to ask sharper questions, not to skip the visit.
What You Get the Day You Join
Membership includes three protocols immediately, one new protocol or lab-decoder every month, and founding access to the member forum when it opens this month.
- Blood Work Decoder: a walkthrough of the lab markers that matter most for metabolic and hormonal health, and how to read them in context instead of in isolation.
- Recovery Protocol: a structured approach to sleep, stress, and training recovery, built for people managing hormonal or metabolic issues alongside a normal schedule.
- Peptide Playbook: a plain-language reference for commonly discussed peptides, including what the current research does and does not support.
- Founding forum access: the members-only forum at forum.slimstudio.com opens this month. Founding members are first in, at no additional cost, with a private space to post your own labs and compare notes with people working through similar issues.
- One new protocol or lab-decoder every month: added to your account on top of the three you get on day one, for as long as you stay a member.

The Member Forum, and How Often New Material Arrives
The members-only forum at forum.slimstudio.com opens for founding members this month. Categories will cover hormone optimization, metabolic health, training, peptides, and recovery, moderated for evidence-based discussion rather than open self-prescribing. Members receive an email the day it opens, and access is included in the membership at no additional cost.
New protocols and lab-decoders are added to your account roughly once a month, for as long as your membership is active. The only way to receive new protocols and forum access is an active membership.
What Staying a Member Gets You
Month one gets you the Blood Work Decoder, the Recovery Protocol, and the Peptide Playbook, plus forum access. Every month after that adds one new protocol or lab-decoder, chosen based on what members are asking about and what the current research supports.
By month six, your account holds a small, growing library built specifically for hormone and metabolic health, not a single guide you read once and shelved. By month twelve, you have a full year of protocols plus a forum history you can search the next time a new symptom or lab result throws you off.
There is no minimum commitment. Cancel any time your membership stops earning its $39.
Built on Cited Research, Not Guesswork
Every protocol in the Inner Circle follows the same standard used across Slim Studio: peer-reviewed sources, specific dosage ranges and lab thresholds where relevant, and a clear note when the evidence is preliminary rather than settled.
Slim Studio publishes original, cited articles on metabolic and hormonal health. As of this writing, the library includes 72 articles, each sourced from peer-reviewed research rather than secondhand summaries. The same research discipline goes into every protocol and lab-decoder added to the Inner Circle.
Individual results vary by genetics, current health status, and how closely a protocol is followed. Nothing here is a promise of a specific outcome.

Who This Is Not For Yet
The Inner Circle is education and community, not treatment, and it does not replace your physician.
This is not the right starting point today if you are pregnant, currently being treated for a serious medical condition, or being supported through an eating disorder. Talk to your physician or care team first.
Everyone else: this is where most members start. Nothing in the Inner Circle is a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and results vary from person to person based on genetics, current health status, and how closely a protocol is followed. If your situation changes, you are welcome to join later, at any time.
