GHK-Cu

Research protocols typically use 1-2 mg/day via subcutaneous injection, 5 days/week, in cycles of 8-12 weeks followed by 2-4 weeks off. Some protocols use 100-200 mcg/day. Topical application is also common in cosmetic formulations. Reconstitution: 50 mg vial with 3 mL sterile water yields 16.67 mg/mL. Active at very low nanomolar concentrations. Long history of safe use in wound healing and skin care; naturally occurring and nontoxic.

Copper(II) redox activity is silenced when complexed with GHK, allowing safe delivery of non-toxic copper into cells. Copper is required for over a dozen vital enzymes including those for connective tissue formation, antioxidant defense, and cellular respiration.
